During every treatment, I focus on finding the reason for your discomfort and I use different techniques in order to help you become more free in the movement and without pain.

Triggerpoint therapy

Trigger point therapy involves targeting specific areas of the body that are recognized as sources of pain. By applying pressure to the muscle knots, this technique aims to release tension and provide relief from pain.

Acupressure

Acupressure is a needle-free approach that influences the meridians and acupuncture points, facilitating the smoother flow of energy and promoting balance and harmony.

Deep tissue techniques

Deep tissue techniques involve applying firmer pressure and addressing the deeper layers of muscle and fascia. These methods contribute to alleviating muscle pain and enhancing flexibility. Sportsmassage techniques

Highly effective methods, specifically designed to alleviate pain, reduce tension, and alleviate tightness following a sports performance or injury. Breathwork

By directing your focus toward deep and conscious breathing, this approach serves a dual purpose. Cupping

Cupping, an ancient Chinese therapeutic technique, involves the application of heated glass cups onto the skin, creating a gentle suction effect. TDP lamp

The TDP lamp utilizes Far Infrared Radiation (FIR) in conjunction with a mineral plate to optimize the absorption of radiation and ionize minerals passing through the body. Similarly, each session of my massage is unique and tailored to address the specific problems or needs you come to me with. No two sessions are identical, yet they consistently center around your well-being. Every session begins with a discussion, where we together determine the appropriate techniques and treatment type, ensuring you receive precisely what your body requires at that moment.

The duration of your booked appointment accounts for the actual treatment time. Therefore, it is advisable to allow additional time for each visit. For instance, if you schedule a 60-minute session, please expect an extra 10 to 20 minutes for the initial discussion, final relaxation, and undressing and dressing after the treatment.
